REVOLVING LOAN FUND
Affordable, flexible financing designed for smallbusinesses and entreprenuers across the Triad. Perfect for startups, expansions or adapting to new challenges.
- The Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) is targeted at bridging financial gaps for small businesses in the Piedmont Triad region, whether they are in the early stages of establishment, expansion, or retention. Supported by the U.S. Economic Development Administration, this program offers a capital source designed to address the financing needs of small businesses that often fall outside the scope of conventional leaders.
- If your business is poised for expansion, renovation, and the pursuit of economic growth within the Piedmont Triad, we encourage you to consider PTRDC as a partner. BROWNFIELDS PROGRAM
Redevelop underused or challenged properties with support from PTRC’s Brownfields Program. We help turn vacant or underutilized spaces into valuable business and community assets.- The Piedmont Triad Brownfields Loan Fund Program grants funding to eligible borrowers in order to address sites contaminated by hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants (including hazardous substances co-mingled with petroleum).
- This program is open to eligible sites in the Piedmont Triad region as well as the Triangle J Council of Governments service area and the West Piedmont Planning District in Virginia.
